Well it was work, work, work this past week. The kids, as usual were troupers. They completed all the necessary work with the subs in excellent fashion.
This week, will be more of the same. Both groups are working on "in-class" projects in reading. The fifths are finishing their "Geo Towns" (you'll see those at open house). Both groups are writing right now. The fifths are writing a persuasive and the fourths will finish their Response to Literature this week.
Not much to say for this week. These months after the break are my best opportunities to teach a lot of curriculum to prepare the students properly for testing in May. Not to many vacations, so less intruptions.
I wil send home a progress report for each child on Monday. I would like those signed and returned by Wednesday. I will also, resend the information on how to sign up for SchoolCircut.com, the online grade book, so that you may access your child's information at any time.
